Raw Material Planner

Overview

Ensures raw material availability and inventory management to support production planning.

Tasks

-Creating purchase requisition of raw material and fibre -Managing stocks to secure product availability and excellent service level towards operation -Coordinate and manage the WIP levels for given area in line with agreed targets. -Ensuring Raw material availability for production based on forecast -Running forecast of raw material and fibre based on commercial forecast -Following up on raw material purchases completion and delivery -Generate and interpret the plans for the system and coordinate daily production / planning meetings - setting the plan, understanding the WIP, status, problem solving etc. -Responsible for inventory management of raw material and fibre -Work proactively with the production team to deliver plan, maximise constraints and resolve issues that may impact an effective workflow.
