The Role

Overview

Assist with compliance monitoring, KPI analysis and reporting for Defence Clothing System.

Tasks

-Collect, analyse, and present data related to KPIs and compliance metrics. -Maintain auditing and reporting systems for contract performance. -Support interpretation and application of Defence and Ventia governance policies. -Contribute to innovation and efficiency initiatives and support surge project requirements. -Assist in monitoring compliance across all contracted services. -Prepare accurate and timely compliance and performance reports. -Collaborate with operational teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. -Minimum 3 years’ experience in a logistics environment. -Must pass an Australian Federal Police check and maintain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC). -Experience with Defence systems such as PIMS and MILIS. -Australian Citizenship (required for Defence Security Clearance eligibility). -Financial and commercial acumen. -Must hold or be eligible for Defence Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1, NV2, or PV). -Tertiary qualifications in supply chain management, logistics, or project management. -Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a small team.
