  • Have the ability to meet with a variety of Clients to represent the Company and remain courteous and professional in your dealings at all times.
  • Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered
  • Work either as part of a maintenance team for larger installations under the instruction of a local site supervisor or work independently on minor works projects without local supervision.
  • Use their own initiative to solve complicated technical problems associated with minor works activities, including sourcing parts & materials and seeking manufacturer technical support.
  • Accurate completion and timely submission company documentation (Hard copy or electronic) as required per contract.
  • Liaise closely with the electrical engineers to develop engineering solutions to meet clients requirements and budgets.
  • Undertake a range of installation and completion tasks including but not limited to single and three phase low voltage distribution cabling and equipment, steel & PVC trunking/tray/conduit containment, final circuit cabling, second fix final termination of wiring accessories, data networking, HVCA controls, fault finding, inspection & testing.

  • High Voltage awareness training
  • CSR Site Supervisors Gold Card
  • Hold a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a building maintenance role, particularly in relation to planned, reactive and remedial maintenance
  • Have a sound understanding of the current edition of BS7671 and associated IET guidance documents in relation to best practice and principals.
  • Suitably experienced in the delivery of all aspects of electrical installation works from light commercial installations to large industrial installations.
  • C&G Lv 3 2357 or equivalent, having completed a relevant apprenticeship within your trade
  • Normal eyesight colour vision
  • Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card
  • Experience in planned & reactive maintenance
  • Have sufficient knowledge of the current IET wiring regulations ensuring all works meet the requirements of the current IET wiring regulations.
  • Current Full UK Driver’s License
  • 18th Edition
