Tasks

-Maintain accurate project documentation, including job logs, progress reports, and correspondence. -Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain smooth project progress. -Ensure overall project success in terms of safety, budget, schedule, and quality. -Coordinate with local inspectors, city/county officials, and regulatory agencies as required. -Provide consistent updates to Project Managers regarding project status, challenges, and milestones. -Oversee daily construction operations on hotel projects, ensuring efficiency and quality. -Develop and manage project schedules, determine work sequencing, and implement strategies to meet timelines. -Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors. -Enforce strict jobsite safety protocols and lead regular safety meetings. -Manage field staff, including Assistant Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead hotel construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing ground-up construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. -Proven experience as a Superintendent managing ground-up construction projects, preferably in hotel or hospitality construction. -Ability to manage multiple priorities, teams, and projects in a fast-paced environment. -Proficient in Procore or similar construction management software, as well as Microsoft Office. -Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
