Overview
Assist the Site Manager in health & safety, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.

Tasks
-Coordinate with utility companies, trades, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials and services. -Monitor and ensure adherence to health and safety practices, accident reporting, and environmental policies. -Oversee and maintain quality control, including inspections, snagging, and ensuring quality standards for trades and materials. -Maintain site presentation, secure necessary documentation, and manage site inductions for all personnel. -Ensure compliance with construction methods, health and safety regulations, and company policies, supporting the site manager in corrective actions and risk management. -Attend and support weekly site meetings, promoting communication, standards, and safety. -Provide support in customer-facing activities, including home demonstrations, service visits, and addressing customer queries and issues. -Assisting in the management of all aspects of the build process

What You Bring
-Valid LOLER certificate -Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Project and Asta Team plan -Valid Scaffold Inspection certificate -Conversation / presentational skills in the sense of a customer facing role -Experience working on new build projects -Qualified to the required CIOB Grade applicable at the time in accordance with group policy -Valid CITB SEATS certificate -NVQ Level 3, 4 or 5 in Building Construction or similar -Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety, and environmental obligations and building legislation -Valid First Aid at Work Certificate -Experience in the management of Health and Safety -Valid SMSTS Certificate
