Tasks

-Spearhead the development and implementation of quality control procedures. -Interface with project managers to align quality goals with schedule and budget. -Establish and refine quality standards aligned with industry’s best practices. -Mentor engineers with varying levels of experience in applying QA/QC principles and maintaining technical excellence. -Champion QA/QC processes to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality engineering outputs. -Oversee design reviews and validation procedures. -Review and ensure the accuracy and safety of the design of high voltage substations.

What You Bring

-Forward-thinking communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and drive cross-functional collaboration. -10+ years of experience -Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology -Valid Driver’s License is required. -Expert in the design of substation physical structures, wiring, and controls. -Authoritative ability to comprehend and interpret safety codes, utility standards and regulations. -Experience in working with AutoCAD, ACADE, or Inventor. -Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) -Strategic and detail-oriented, with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize complex systems and workflows. -Trusted and respected, with deep expertise in fostering collaboration across disciplines and driving innovation within project teams.
