Tasks

-Partnering with relevant stakeholders and is actively involved in risk management. -Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. -Documenting and taking ownership of project changes as and when necessary, tracking project changes. -Managing relevant meetings, providing relevant parties with contextual information and analysis where required and site walks and ensures these are suitably recorded. -Determining project management, technical services and external resources required for project/s. -Overseeing project timeframes and project budgets and ensures budgets are managed diligently and highlights any risks, challenges and mitigations. -Effectively coordinating and communicating with all project parties/stakeholders, ensuring completion of responsibilities/tasks and ensures suitable standards and records are recorded and maintained. -Monitoring and actively engages in health, safety and wellbeing aspects of the project at all stages. -Preparing and modifies where necessary project plans and keeps them updated and relevant over the course of the project/s. -Delivering project objectives in line with the project execution plan, leads and supervises the project team/s and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs). -Collaborating with relevant parties/stakeholders and ensures robust quality systems are in place and suitably managed and monitored.

What You Bring

-Substantial previous work experience in project management (or equivalent). -Sound technical expertise in health and safety executive (HSE) rules and specific sector/market regulations relevant to project portfolio. -Proficient knowledge and expertise in specific industry/sector/market of project/role. -Appropriate construction skills certification scheme (CSCS) card or equivalent. -Knowledge of relevant industry/sector/markets and an understanding of required specialism/s. -Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction related discipline), non-related degree or equivalent professional experience/apprenticeship, combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge. -MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS (or working towards) or local equivalent. -Relevant technical qualification/certification for project portfolio/s.
