Overview
Promote MSI Quartz products, conduct seminars, train customers, and manage promotional materials.

Tasks
-Visits builders, architects, designers, kitchen dealers for the purpose of promoting the products. -Increases brand awareness through strategic placement of advertisement. -Accurately maintains customer database and generates sales reports as needed. -Performs product knowledge seminars at the customer’s location. -Responsible for the promotion of the MSI Quartz products. -Consistently works with existing customers to retain and increase their business. -Coordinates with customers to maintain appropriate quantities of promotional materials. -Provide high level of customer service -Attends trade shows, conventions, and other onsite seminars. -In charge of training the customer’s sales force on MSI product lines. -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with their hands and arms; and communicate verbally. The employee frequently sits and may occasionally stand or walk.

What You Bring
-Problem-solving skills with the habit of being proactive -Willingness to travel, up to 50% of travelling required -Previous experience using iPad, iPhone or smart phones would be helpful -Prior experience in the natural stone, tile, or hard flooring industry is preferred. -Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel -High school education required; some college work completed preferred. -Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well-organized -Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays -The employee must occasionally lift, pull and move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. -Retail merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.
