Overview
Front‑desk staff who greet patients, manage check‑in/out, EMR entry, calls, appointments, insurance, and payments.

Tasks
-Schedule patient appointments effectively to ensure smooth service operations -Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility, accurately documenting insurance information in the EMR system and communicating any relevant details to patients -Assist with registration process and enter all information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system with attention to detail -Welcome patients warmly upon arrival, facilitate the check-in and check-out process and provide direction or assistance as needed -Answer professionally to incoming calls, providing courteous assistance and accurate information to callers -Assess and collect payment based on Health Center's policy and procedure -Maintain confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations

What You Bring
-Previous dental front desk experience is required; prior experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is preferred -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Strong computer skills required, with proficiency in electronic medical record systems considered a plus -Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance procedures is a plus -High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred -Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively -Knowledge of a second language (such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Bengali, Korean) preferred
