Tasks

-Provide project status updates to senior leadership, communicating challenges and recommending timely corrective actions -Evaluate the effectiveness of TEiC project leadership, providing coaching and mentorship to facilitate positive change and recommending personnel changes when necessary -Lead internal RFQ evaluation process, recommending bid or no-bid decisions based on area, region, and company strategies -Monitor TEiC project activities to ensure adherence to company procedures and policies -Lead risk analysis for project issues, recommending solutions that align with TEiC's short-term and long-term strategies -Collaborate with stakeholders to align bid decisions with short and long-term business objectives -Lead internal and external reviews of area projects from sales identification through project closeout -Complete all commercial, operational, and company reporting requirements within assigned deadlines -Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership, fostering transparency and accountability -Utilize estimating templates to prepare estimates and review all area estimates for accuracy -Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, in alignment with sales strategy and partnering with BPI sales staff -Submit proposals through internal TEiC commercial processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy -Approve and facilitate the transition of estimates to proposals, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategies -Proactively identify and address project risks to mitigate potential impacts on project outcomes
