-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration -High level of interpersonal skill to work effectively with others. -Strong English and Spanish communication skills. -Solid working knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Working knowledge of pronouncements of external regulatory bodies: Financial Accounting Standards Board, SEC, IRS, Sarbanes-Oxley. -Minimum of 5 years’ of progressive experience in Accounting/Finance -Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated ability to drive cost reduction projects and improve plant productivity
