  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Support continuous improvement by gathering feedback from internal users and stakeholders to refine processes and outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering and business teams, helping to interpret technical discussions and communicate implications to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Author and refine user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria with a focus on clarity, feasibility, and business impact.
  • Track and report on technical KPIs, release readiness, and delivery timelines.
  • Visualize workflows and system interactions using flowcharts, diagrams, and other modeling tools to support engineering understanding.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog, ensuring alignment with roadmap objectives and technical dependencies.
