Tasks

-Manage green building requirements. -Schedule and conduct regular owner and subcontractor meetings. -Supervise all project administrative logs and close-out activities. -Oversee and manage all project finances and contract documents. -Manage the project schedule to a timely and successful completion. -Develop and distribute monthly Owner Applications for payment. -Lead and enforce W.M. Jordan safety standards and requirements. -Prepare and maintain the project schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent and subcontractors. -Manage a project team, provide oversight, direction and mentoring. -Review and process all subcontractor RFI’s and RFP’s for approval. -Supervise submittal log and process. -Coordinate all project activities with the Superintendent and Project Team. -Coordinate and implement the project budget. -Prepare, distribute and acquire approval of all Owner Change Order requests. -Develop and distribute all subcontractor Change Orders and associated budget revisions.

What You Bring

-Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam and various scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix). -Experience with Building Information Modeling. -Five (5)+ years commercial construction experience as a Project Manager. -Experience in Construction Estimating, accounting and document administration. -Ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages within a development cycle. -Experience managing $20 Million + projects. -Experience with COINS, Autodesk Viewers and SharePoint preferred but not required. -B. S. in Building Construction Management or other related curriculum. -Ability to identify and resolve all project issues and problems. -Excellent listening skills and strong verbal and written communication skills. -Active participant in a team environment.
