Overview

Provides HR support for recruiting, onboarding, training, records, and compliance.

Tasks

-Organize and maintain personnel records, enter new employee data, and update previous employee data in internal HR databases. -SAP data entry including training, entering new temps, term temps, and PRQs. -Handle administrative functions including copying, scanning, and mailing required documents. -Distribute various HR communications.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office. -Critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -Associate's degree is preferred; one (1) to three (3) years of administrative assistance experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. -Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. -Vision (Near, Distance, Color, Peripheral, Depth Perception) -Sense of Sound (within normal range) and touch -Must have the ability to work independently as well as be a strong team player.
