What You Bring

-Technically Savvy: You have great computer skills and fluent with Microsoft Office suite, and experience with Yardi is a big plus. -Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screen. -Dependability: Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. -Experience: 1+ year previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD / Section 8 experience a big plus. Or, 3 years previous experience in a general manager position, or similar, with exceptional people leadership and process management experience. -Operational Excellence: You’re deadline driven, with a keen eye for detail, compliance, and quality.
