What You Bring

-Strong written communication skills with a knack for making people feel heard and helped. -2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a digital or remote support role. -Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple platforms and tools. -Bonus Experience in home services or scheduling software (Service Titan).
