The role involves managing complex interfaces, ensuring technical quality, and driving collaboration between clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. -Manage the design review and approval process, maintaining adherence to statutory requirements. -Oversee delivery of utility-related works in line with quality, safety, and performance standards. -Promote value engineering and innovative solutions within the design process. -Track design progress, report key risks, and support project decision-making. -Liaise with clients, utility providers, and regulatory authorities to secure approvals. -Identify and mitigate design and construction risks related to utilities. -Lead utility design and coordination on large-scale infrastructure projects. -Integrate utility designs with enabling and main works to ensure constructability and programme compliance.

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Utilities Design Engineer to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of utility infrastructure across major civil and transportation projects in Ireland. -Proven experience delivering and coordinating utility designs on major infrastructure projects. -Strong understanding of Irish utility standards, approval procedures, and regulatory frameworks. -Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. -Chartered Engineer (or working towards chartership). -Skilled in stakeholder management and multi-discipline coordination. -Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
