Overview
Supervise operation and maintenance of Cryogenic O2 and N2 generators in Pueblo, CO.

Tasks
-Completion of all administrative responsibilities for the site. -Identifying maintenance concerns, developing and implementing corrective/preventive measures while working within planned maintenance budgets. -Leading all aspects of the day-to-day operation, including but not limited to: Troubleshooting plant process or mechanical problems, coordinating and performing maintenance activities, driving plant efficiency and plant projects. -Be able to meet call-in requirements as needed. -Promotion and support of customer relations through effective communications and customer interactions. -Working and communicating regularly and effectively with the North America Operating Service Center (OSC), asset manager, regional maintenance manager, tech support team, and PHG Operations Line Manager. -24/7 on-call responsibilities for response to plant alarms and shutdowns.

What You Bring
-Must be able to climb ladders and steps and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. -Willing to support plant operators off hours when needed. On call (24/7). -5+ years of process plant operation/maintenance experience preferred (Civilian or Military). -Commitment to safety including Basic Safety Performance (BSP) compliance and process safety management. -Elevated work required. -Ability to work independently but equally able to work effectively in a team environment. -Ability to build strong relationships with multiple support groups. -A self-starter with proven leadership abilities. Self-led and highly motivated to plan and ensure the completed execution of all tasks required by our safety, environmental and engineering standards. -A Demonstrated commitment to supporting Environmental, Health, and Safety programs. -Demonstrated computer skills -Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. -Experience with operation of steam methane reformer (SMR) Hydrogen plants and/or Air Separation Units (ASUs) is a plus but not a specific requirement as training will be provided for the successful candidate.
