Tasks

-Operationalize the principles of Digital, Data and Information Management strategies, including governance, ownership, and lifecycle management -Lead the assessment, selection, configuration, and rollout of an EDMS platform to support enterprise-wide information management and replace or modernize legacy processes -Monitor compliance and quality through dashboards, audits, and feedback loops. -Define and implement metadata structures, document workflows, version control, and retention policies tailored to project and operational needs -Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment, adoption, and sustained value from the SPO migration initiative -Oversee the transition from on-premise or legacy collaboration platforms to SPO across business units -Support the development of policies, procedures, and toolkits for consistent information handling -Collaborate with Project Delivery teams to ensure the EDMS supports compliance, traceability, and audit-readiness -Manage vendor relationships, system integration, and user onboarding for the EDMS platform -Partner with Digital teams to ensure SPO aligns with enterprise collaboration, knowledge management, and security standards -Develop and execute a migration roadmap including site architecture, permissions, content migration, and governance -Promote structured, secure, and accessible information practices across departments and projects -Deliver training and change management programs to support adoption and effective use of SPO

What You Bring

-Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery skills -Experience in implementing and maintaining SaaS-based platforms and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is a key requirement -Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in leading digital and information management initiatives -Degree in Business Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or related discipline -Demonstratable understanding of data governance, information management, and quality management systems -Knowledge with Microsoft Collaboration products including SharePoint Online and its role in enterprise collaboration and information governance is a strong advantage
