-Build and manage project teams effectively. -Develop conceptual site and building designs. -Initiate and facilitate site plan approvals. -Assist with construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration. -Interact and manage client relationships.

What You Bring

-Degree from an accredited university. -Experience in construction documentation and administration. -At least 5 years of working experience within architectural design. -Excellent work ethic and communication skills. -Strong skills in architectural design and project management. -Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation. -Preferred architectural license. -Strong aptitude for design, construction detailing, and documentation.
