  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, adding value throughout the contract lifecycle

  • Cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds
  • Tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in Facility Management and/or Business
  • Own and understand the client’s market, demonstrating deep sector knowledge
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Degree-level qualifications in Accounting or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Proven leadership and commercial acumen
  • Expertise in commercial models and risk management
  • Extensive experience in commercial business environments
  • Experience in complex technical sales
  • Advanced research and analytical capabilities
