- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, adding value throughout the contract lifecycle
- Support negotiation processes alongside operational leads

Compliance: Must be an Australian Citizen and must hold or be eligible for a Baseline Security Clearance
- Cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds
- Tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in Facility Management and/or Business
- Own and understand the client’s market, demonstrating deep sector knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Degree-level qualifications in Accounting or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail
- Proven leadership and commercial acumen
- Expertise in commercial models and risk management
- Extensive experience in commercial business environments
- Experience in complex technical sales
- Advanced research and analytical capabilities
