Tasks

Negotiating and Closing deals Build strong relationship with the local community via networking Deal with let from instruction to move in Maintain regular contact with Clients Supporting the branch manager/ director Respond to leads from the website and relevant property portals. Marketing and advertise properties on the relevant portals Meet the lettings branch targets Undertake property valuations

What You Bring

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong negotiations skills Ability to prioritize a busy workload and work well under pressure Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills Great customer service and a can-do attitude A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a lettings negotiator with some listing experience (desired) We require individuals with a positive, energetic, and resilient attitude, possessing excellent communication and lettings skills. Lettings experience and a full UK driving license/ car are mandatory, with a preference for candidates with at least 2 years' experience. Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction Lovely independent with over 35 years of experience combined
