Manage real estate acquisition, renewal, and disposition for client portfolios in Quebec.

Tasks
-Executes real estate acquisition, renewal and disposition strategies -Conducting property tours -Conducting related analysis and preparing reports -Managing all relationships including client, landlord and broker. Acts as primary interface for all transactions matters -Reviewing and negotiating related documentations such as offers to lease, renewal agreements, letters of intent, etc. -Marketing surplus properties for disposal -Develops, recommends and executes approaches to reduce occupancy costs -Conducts analysis and develops business cases to support recommendations -Ensuring accurate and complete maintenance of all lease transactions documentations -Performing market research to understand real estate market trends -Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to ensure all service delivery obligations are met and executed in accordance to all requirements -Develops and maintains effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders including but not limited to clients, brokers, landlords and real estate industry professionals -Performs all aspects of real estate acquisition, renewal and disposition activities including but not limited to: -Maintains current awareness of industry practices and trends -Researching and recommending real estate properties that align with the client’s real estate strategy and needs -Conducting due diligence reviews -Conducting all related negotiations -Executing renewal and disposition activities according to critical dates, and ensuring that disposition-related recoveries and targets are achieved -Coordinating and/or undertaking the preparation of all related documentations and information including but not limited to market information packages, offers to lease, letters of intent, etc.

-Community college diploma preferably in business administration -Strong market research skills along with current knowledge of market trends and conditions -Skilled at persuading, influencing and negotiating to achieve desired outcomes -Highly advanced analytical skills to identify optimum real estate cost structures, pricing and value for the client -Current knowledge of industry practices, trends and requirements -Highly advanced real estate transactions-related documentations development, application and interpretation skills -Understands clients’ objectives, business drivers and needs in order to develop and recommend real estate acquisition, renewal and/or disposition strategies that meets the clients’ needs and optimizes the value delivered to the client -Advanced real estate acquisition, renewal and disposition strategy development and execution skills -Real Estate License for Quebec (required). -Knowledge of real estate legislative requirements for assigned province -Minimum 5 years of real estate transactions work experience preferably in the industrial sector. -Highly advanced relationship management skills and ability to develop and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
