Senior FP&A Analyst drives reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and data analytics.

Tasks

-Coordinate deep-dive analysis of operating company performance metrics -Weekly Volume and Sales consolidation and reporting -Capex reporting and supporting capital management initiatives. -Gathering macro-economic data and synthesizing for internal consumption -Develop and suggest new KPIs or reporting formats to improve reporting quality -Prepare Investor relations documents -Data analytics / dashboard reporting; development and maintenance -Provide insights and highlight trends in reporting information -Develop presentation materials for executive and board level meetings -Consolidation of five-year strategic plan financial projections and annual budget process -Maintain professional demeanor at all times while representing the company -Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to increase productivity -Execute flash and forecast reporting for CRH Americas leadership -Build relationships with the finance teams in the operating companies and Group Finance

What You Bring

-Experience with BI tools desirable -Expert proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel. -Experience in plant manufacturing finance and accounting a plus. -Good proficiency with MS Word and Outlook -Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field. -Ad hoc analysis as required for senior management -Monthly reporting and variance explanation as necessary -Proven ability to manage workflows with multiple stakeholders in an effective manner -Demonstrated ability to communicate financial information and trends in multiple formats -Experience using Oracle Cloud EPM an advantage -Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required -Demonstrated ability to analyze and validate financial and performance data
