Tasks

-Develop detailed furniture layouts, specifications, and bid documents in coordination with project teams -Work with vendors to obtain pricing, samples, and lead time information, ensuring selections meet project budgets and schedules -Support the FF&E Leader in managing standards, resources, and best practices across studios -Maintain the firm’s furniture library and stay current on product innovations, sustainability initiatives, and ergonomic trends -Assist with presentations and client meetings to communicate furniture solutions clearly and effectively -Collaborate closely with the FF&E Leader, interior designers, architects, and clients to develop, specify, and coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for a wide range of project types -Manage furniture procurement processes, from order placement through installation and punch list completion

What You Bring

-Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills -Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field -A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -3+ years of experience in furniture specification, procurement, or dealer coordination (architecture or design firm experience preferred) -Proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office; experience with CET or other specification software a plus
