Tasks

-Continually watch for moving equipment and hazards that could harm you or any other co-worker. -Operate vehicles, track mobile, screen plants, unload conveyors, radial stacker, skid steer & stationary equipment -Keep coal / limestone / coke free of contaminates for delivery to coal storage bunker or stockpile at customer -Aid in all site clean-up and site maintenance -Wear protective equipment such as hard hat, hearing protection, safety-toe boots, and safety glasses -Follow all M-Bar-D & American Crystal Sugar safety rules on site, and at all factories -Stoop / bend / kneel / crouch / balance / climb on an occasional basis -Visually inspect equipment and/or truck and trailer for safe operation -Maintain all required logs and Equipment inspection records

-Exposure to gasoline and fuel vapors when fueling trucks and equipment -Demonstrated math, reading, and writing skills -Valid Driver’s License Preferred -Heavy work, lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally -Exposure to coal dust from coal unloading, stacking operations, truck unloading -Ability to climb in and out of various equipment -Ability to walk on uneven surfaces -Must be at least 18 years of age -Audio & visual acuity -Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment testing required by Holland L.P. -Positive attitude and strong work ethic -Exposure to silica dust from limestone unloading -Exposure on a regular basis to outdoor weather conditions -Ability to work in a high dust environment with PPE
