-Proven new home sales experience. -CA DRE Salesperson License. -Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks at same time and meet deadlines. -Resourceful – the ability to think on your feet. -Excellent communication skills; both written and oral -MS Office Suite skills with ability to work on text campaigns and data entry. -Knowledge of contracts, closing deals and the escrow process. -Team-oriented, shows ownership of assigned tasks; works well independently and with a team. High collaborative and team communication skills.
