-Ready to learn estimating processes including bid invitations, takeoffs, estimating software, plan and specification review. -Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar field, or equivalent construction experience. -5-10 years of experience as an estimator for earthwork, grading, or underground projects is required. -Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, Agtek and Estimate(B2W). -Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, and owners.
