Tasks
-Coordinate material procurement, fabrication, and delivery schedules to keep projects on track -Lead and manage commercial glass and glazing projects from pre-construction through close-out -Conduct site visits, attend progress meetings, and provide technical support to installation teams as needed -Ensure all work meets quality, budget, and safety standards -Oversee budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders -Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, general contractors, field crews, and internal teams

A well-established commercial glass and glazing subcontractor in the Raleigh market is looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company known for delivering high-quality façade and interior glazing solutions on complex commercial projects throughout the Southeast. -Doors and hardware (manual and automatic) -Curtain wall systems (stick-built and unitized) -Operable partitions or folding wall systems (a plus) -Proficiency with project management and estimating software -Decorative or specialty glazing applications (a plus) -Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings -Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills -Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the glass and glazing subcontracting industry -Consistent pipeline of commercial projects across the Southeast -Strong technical understanding of building envelope and structural glazing systems -Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects successfully from start to finish
