Tasks

-Coordinate material procurement, fabrication, and delivery schedules to keep projects on track -Lead and manage commercial glass and glazing projects from pre-construction through close-out -Conduct site visits, attend progress meetings, and provide technical support to installation teams as needed -Ensure all work meets quality, budget, and safety standards -Oversee budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders -Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, general contractors, field crews, and internal teams

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company known for delivering high-quality façade and interior glazing solutions on complex commercial projects throughout the Southeast. -Doors and hardware (manual and automatic) -Curtain wall systems (stick-built and unitized) -Operable partitions or folding wall systems (a plus) -Proficiency with project management and estimating software -Decorative or specialty glazing applications (a plus) -Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings -Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills -Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the glass and glazing subcontracting industry -Consistent pipeline of commercial projects across the Southeast -Strong technical understanding of building envelope and structural glazing systems -Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects successfully from start to finish
