Sector Client Director - Transport

Tasks

-Undertake early positioning for priority opportunities, working with Pre-Construction teams. -Build and maintain a robust and sustainable pipeline of projects which fit BAM’s growth strategy. -Align BAM with Transport sector and wider industry executives to help shape future policies and priorities. -Take responsibility for owning the relationship with specific Transport sector clients as the Relationship Lead, and work with existing Client Relationship Leads to further progress the relationship and pipeline with these clients. -Build trust and loyalty through credible, client-first relationships. -Lead on the implementation of BAM’s relationship-based sales model with Transport sector key clients, as well as targeting selected emerging future clients. -Undertake client feedback for Transport sector projects and clients at regular intervals -Promote cross-selling to broaden BAM’s service offering to Transport sector clients, leveraging wider divisional capability. -Work with the Marketing team to promote opportunities for sector and account-based marketing activities to support the positioning of BAM with our key clients

What You Bring

-Skilled in stakeholder engagement, New Engineering Contracts, and CRM (Dynamics 365). -Awareness of sustainability and environmental priorities. -Proven experience in client-facing, account management and work-winning roles within the built environment. -Degree-level education or equivalent. -Strong leadership, strategic planning, and change management capabilities.
