Accounts Administrator

Overview

Provide admin and financial support to the finance team, handling PO, invoices and payments

Tasks

-Assisting and ensuring accurate and timely payments and accounts are appropriately serviced -Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records including for recovery purposes -Assist in ad hoc projects, tasks and reports as and when required -Assisting and ensuring all administrative support is provided to the Finance team -Update and maintain records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable and decant costs) -Raising Purchase Orders
