Tasks
-The employee is regularly required to: Sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch, and crawl Use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms Talk or hear and communicate clearly -The position is expected to report to the office 3-days per week -Works independently to provide guidance, mentoring, and leadership to mid-level to senior-level team or project members.

-Expert Level Impacting Organizational Capability -Must be available for short-notice travel to meet with clients and pursue business opportunities. -Advanced Level Developing Professional Capability -10+ years of relevant post education experience in a seller-doer role within our industry. -Advanced Level Physical Requirements -Frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds and infrequently up to 50 pounds -Proficient understanding of project delivery process within the A/E/C industry and strong background and successful experience in securing additional projects from clients. -Be able to occasionally walk on uneven terrain up to two miles per day -Experienced with providing critical review for documents and preparing project deliverables and plans with a high degree of complexity. -Highly proficient analytical and organizational skills, with business acumen to bridge business and client relationship management. -Proficiency with technical writing, office automation, discipline-specific design software, MS Office suite products (e.g., Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint), technology, spreadsheets, and PM tools. -Highly proficient with critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make assessments and calculations involving the application of technical principles, with a sound understanding of intent, impact, and optimal outcomes. -Highly proficient interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively, persuasively, and tactfully with clients and employees at all levels of the organization. -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm. -Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. -Advanced proficiency with coordinating resources and professionally directing others to consistently complete tasks and client projects competently and efficiently. -Strong self-leadership with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and adjusting readily to the changing prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment. -Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical work week. Due to occasional travel a valid driver’s license is required.
