Tasks

-Take ownership of the region-specific design documents and act as the technical lead on the preconstruction team -Lead a team of designers and hold them accountable for accuracy and timeliness -Manage design development and the design assist process for your region -Attain clarity and alignment: Ensure you have clarity and alignment before moving forward -Support our regional operations team on all technical aspects of the project

What You Bring

-Experience with system design, testing standards & procedures, fabrication & assembly techniques, and field installation procedures preferred -Minimum of 10 years curtain wall industry experience in engineering, drafting or project management -Computer Skills: Competent with Microsoft products and Bluebeam. Basic knowledge of Autocad -Technical Skills: Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and understand project specifications -Intellectually Capable -Problem Solving -Emotionally Intelligent -Associates or bachelor’s degree in a construction related field such as architecture, engineering, drafting, design, or project management.
