-Provide Superior Client Service (weighting 50%) -Handle the transport helpdesk and answer employee's queries, complaints and requests.

What You Bring

-Should have experience in rostering -good communication skills -Transport executive should have experience of 3-4 years in transport field -Should have knowledge of the area -Ms Excel -Compliance Management : adherence to 100% vehicle compliance (Vehicle documentation, Drivers documentation, Cab maintenance documentation & transport vehicle compliance) -Good working knowledge on Transport operations -Should be able to work on the transport software -Should be able to handle shift independently -Initiative or Process Improvement in Functional Area (weighting 40%) -Transport coordinator should have experience of 1-2 years in the transport ground operations
