Tasks

-Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management for staff. -Facilitate public meetings and support client communication throughout project execution. -Coordinate internal teams and resources to achieve project milestones. -Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards. -Direct and manage the scope, schedule, and budget for water and wastewater projects. -Manage contracts, change orders, invoicing, and collections. -Prepare proposals, technical reports, and presentations for clients and regulatory agencies. -Contribute to business development efforts, including relationship management and proposal pursuits.

What You Bring

-Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and client relationships. -Strong business development skills and ability to grow client accounts. -Knowledge of regulatory agencies and permitting requirements in the water/wastewater sector. -Minimum of five years’ professional experience that includes direct design of water and/or wastewater infrastructure, plus project management of those designs. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard project management tools. -Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania, or ability to obtain within 12 months. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline. -Experience with municipal clients in Pennsylvania.
