Drainage Engineer Van Pack

Overview

Perform onsite drainage repairs using high‑pressure jetting, report work, and ensure safety.

Tasks

-Clean, clear and maintain drainage systems. -To comply with health and safety responsibilities i.e. PPE / safe site set ups protecting Lanes Group employees, the public and other road users. -Run diagnostics and repairs on drains -Report any defects or malfunctions in regards to training. -Record each job report correctly on the specialist equipment provided. -Travelling to residential sites in a van you are responsible for, around the region powering a high-pressure water jet for restoration. -Dynamically risk assess site access & working conditions depending on specific circumstances on arrival. -Carry out risk assessments and have a mature approach to risk perception. -Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibility towards them. -To conduct thorough inspections of tools, equipment and plant before/after use. -Maintaining good H&S practise while carrying out works. -Provide support to your colleagues. -Liaising with the client regarding progress and any updates. -Delivering good customer service. -Ensure vehicle stock is full and replenished.
