  • Start up and stop equipment.
  • Effectively resolve and troubleshoot problems.
  • You must perform all job tasks in a safe manner by following all of the mandatory safety requirements and guidelines.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Perform basic quality and process checks.
  • Work effectively with others to accomplish goals and take ownership.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Work with equipment following set safety procedure, including working with hazardous chemicals, laboratory, and other devices.
  • Operate boilers, wastewater systems, cooling towers, air compressors. Maintain water chemistry for the aforementioned to include sampling, lab testing, and adjusting chemical dosages.

  • Able to work in any area of the department.
  • Able to climb fixed ladders, portable ladders, extension ladders.
  • Work safely and use good judgement in all work situations.
  • Manually lift up to 50 LBS.
  • Able to work overtime as necessary.
  • Ability and willingness to adjust to change and to be assigned to any production area in the department or work on other non-production related tasks.
  • Able to work in a respirator.
  • Take and follow instructions from supervisors. Able to follow documented step-by-step instructions and accurately document completion of each step.
  • Able to stand/sit for long periods and frequently use stairs, catwalks, and ladders.
