Tasks

-Managing the change control process, capturing, notifying, valuing and agreeing variations and contractual claims -Performing risk, value management and cost control activities for the benefit of the contract -Valuing work within various management software and arranging invoice and payment application to clients and payments to sub-contractors -Proactively managing cashflow with WIP and debt monitoring, including proactive cash collection ensuring prompt payment -Undertaking cost value analyst for all aspects of the works including Reactive and Schemes -Analysing cost trends and identifying cost savings in support of the contract -Providing advice on the procurement strategy to include cost value analyst and procurement of sub-contractors
