Tasks

-Mentor junior account managers and contribute to team-wide client development initiatives. -Drive renewal of service agreements and expand client partnerships through consultative selling. -Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic institutional and healthcare accounts, managing all service and maintenance needs. -Prepare and deliver client reports, proposals, and presentations that highlight performance, cost savings, and operational reliability. -Collaborate with service technicians, engineers, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance contracts. -Develop a deep understanding of client facilities, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and central plant operations. -Manage Service and Maintenance projects for strategic accounts -Provide clients with technical recommendations, maintenance strategies, and budget planning for capital replacement. -Proactively identify opportunities for system upgrades, energy efficiency improvements, and lifecycle planning. -Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and contractual obligations.

What You Bring

-Exposure to HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, and construction environments during site visits. -Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare budgets, forecasts, and proposals. -Proficiency in CRM and service management software. -Proven technical background in chillers, boilers, central plants, and complex HVAC systems. -Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in HVAC service account management, with specific expertise in institutional clients. -Primarily office-based with frequent travel to client sites, central plants, and mechanical rooms. -Regular local and regional travel to client facilities is required. -Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. -Strong track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships within aviation, healthcare, higher education, or government sectors. -Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. -Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Technically savvy and able to translate complex mechanical solutions into client value.

Benefits

-Travel expected to be 30–40%, with occasional overnight stays depending on client location and project requirements. -Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility to meet client needs.
