Tasks

-Responsible for thoroughly documenting observations, incidents, and corrective actions -Oversee SHEQ activities to ensure conformance to the ISO Certified Quality (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) -Reference and interpret LaBella, Client, National and International Standards -Perform audits to ensure that quality, environmental, safety and health orientations are taking place -Assist with training and communications of QMS and EMS processes and procedures -Understand, communicate and apply LaBella and Client processes, policies, and standard operating procedures -Assist with Permit condition compliance (as needed). Report any deviations and propose solutions to Owner -Review Safety & Health, Environmental, & Quality (SHEQ) Plans for adherence to the applicable -Coordinate review and revisions of QMS and EMS processes and procedures -Responsible for monitoring field inspections and controls, quality assessments, and administrative activities

We are currently hiring Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Specialists for our Program Management Division in our client's Binghamton, NY office (hybrid working model). -Minimum of 2 years of experience with Quality Management System Standards (i.e. ISO-9001, TS-16949, etc.) -CUSP: Certified Utility Safety Professional -Six Sigma Green belt (variable depending on assignment) -Able to work in the field as needed -CSP: Certified Safety Professional (ASP, GSP) -Minimum of 2 years of experience with Environmental Management System standards (i.e. ISO 14001) -Effective written communicator -Understand and apply construction safety, environmental, and quality regulations -Preference will be given to applicable certifications including: -Minimum 2 years construction safety experience with a diverse project background -OSHA 30 Completion -Able to remain focused and objective in tense situations -Effective verbal communicator -Attention to Detail -CIH: Certified Industrial Hygienist -Able to work in a team environment -Bachelor's Degree -Requires demonstrated experience in two or more of the following: -Able to lead and control meetings
