Tasks

-Coordinate DRE processing, CC&R’s, and set up HOAs, acting as a liaison and board member if needed. -Supervise and coordinate with outside consultants for architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and soils engineering. -Support the Operations Department during the construction process. -Coordinate model complexes and conditional use permits. -Create and maintain site budgets. -Maintain community and construction schedules, overseeing all land construction activities and quality control. -Secure and manage the exoneration of necessary bonds. -Coordinate input from Division Executives on site and architectural design. -Provide weekly written reports on progress, trade partner meetings, agency contacts, problem resolution, and safety meetings. -Negotiate contracts with outside consultants for services such as architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and soils engineering. -Assist in preparing feasibility studies.

What You Bring

-Minimum 4 years in civil engineering, community development, redevelopment, master plan communities., and residential housing preferred. -Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. -Excellent analytical ability and strong writing skills. -Strong motivational, management, and organizational skills required. -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required or related field. -Advanced PC skills: Word, Excel (Spreadsheets), Power Point preferred.
