-Overseeing AIA billing, lien releases, contract compliance, and retention tracking. -Accounting Leadership: Oversight of AP/AR, GL, payroll, job cost tracking, subcontract compliance. -Leading the Cost Accounting function – job costing, variance analysis, labor and material tracking. -Managing General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) with accuracy and timeliness. -Preparing and analyzing Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports and supporting executive decision-making. -Partnering with operations, project management, and executives to ensure financial alignment. -Acting as right hand to the CFO with a clear succession plan to CFO role. -Mentoring and managing accounting staff with assistance of CFO to start and then growth to lead. -Driving strategic financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
