18‑20‑month rotational management trainee program with travel across multiple railroad units.

What You Bring

-A valid driver’s license is required, and knowledge of biohazardous material handling or other labor-based certifications is a plus. -Willingness to travel extensively on assignments to company locations, up to 75% of the time. -Candidates with knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or experience with other process improvement methodologies as well as those with any industrial and/or safety certifications are strongly encouraged to apply. -An undergraduate degree is preferred, preferably in finance, business, engineering, or a related course of study. -Must have excellent communication skills.
