NZDF Project Lead

Tasks

-Oversee the transition of all projects, including both Downer and non-Downer delivered projects, to successfully transition into operational maintenance. -Proactively identify risks/issues and work closely with the contract teams to resolve. -Maintain a positive attitude, focusing on performance and driving improved results. -Lead a quality assurance program to ensure conformance process relating to project activities. -Oversight of the risk profile relating to project activity. -Develop, lead and provide oversight to operations of the project activities nationally. -Develop and deliver management reporting including analytics and insights to identify risk and improve performance.

What You Bring

-Experience in reporting and analytics. -Demonstratable experience in managing projects/packages of works. -Effective stakeholder engagement skills. -Problem solving skills. -Sound knowledge of best practice project management methodologies and techniques that support effective project planning and management. -Previously worked within a cross-functional team. -Demonstratable experience in quality assurance and process improvement frameworks. -Experience in working with client and internal KPI's, including financial KPI's.
