Tasks

-Assist in monitoring project progress, budgets, and schedules -Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to contribute to the successful completion of assigned projects -In addition to strong technical experience, other responsibilities will include managing project tasks, project design and permitting, construction coordination, and coordinating work with other team members -Maintaining a high degree of quality sets of plans along with checking the work of others -You will work closely and collaboratively with other industry leading professionals, various jurisdictions, and contractors -Prepare analysis reports in support of airport planning, design, and construction

What You Bring

-Familiarity with FAA Advisory Circular’s and Engineering Briefs -Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills -Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines -Ability to work in a team; both collaborating with and mentoring junior staff -Familiarity with pavement design and FAAR Field Design Software -4+ years of aviation engineering design experience -You will flourish on both building meaningful internal and external professional relationships -Strong desire and passion to be engaged with clients solving project problems and working with the team to deliver -Familiarity with contract document preparation and cost estimating -Strong AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation experience -Professional Engineering (P.E.) License (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
