Operate and maintain sludge processing equipment in industrial facilities.

Tasks

-Assist in facility equipment preventative maintenance -Under Direct Supervision perform the following: -Perform Unit Rounds -Log and record process readings -Collect liquid and solid samples and perform routine sampling -Assist in general maintenance of facility equipment -Keep work area neat and Clean

Requirements

-Basic Hand Tools -High School Diploma/GED. -MSA/JSA training -40 Hr HAZWOPER -PSM training -Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities.. -CIAB VNA computer Based training -Lubricants and Lubrication -Basic orientation Industrial Basic Plus -Basic Mechanics -Must demonstrate the ability to learn and independently operate assigned machines and equipment. -Must demonstrate ability to learn and independently operate equipment such as pumps, centrifuges, valves, mixers , conveyors, blowers, dryers, chemical feed, odor control, disinfection equipment, sludge processing filters, measuring, control devices, testing equipment and material handling equipment.
