We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with strong experience in HubSpot to design, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning marketing and sales efforts, managing database health, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure high ROI. -Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills. -Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights. -Strong understanding of inbound marketing, email campaigns, SEO, and digital marketing trends. -Proven expertise in CRM integration, lead scoring, segmentation, and analytics. -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. -HubSpot Marketing Hub certification preferred. -3–5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and automation workflows.
