Overview

Lead design, delivery & team management of projects, mentor staff, expert in Revit.

Tasks

-Lead and work in cohesive teams -Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external stakeholders -Engaging Wellbeing and Culture Programs -Contribute to the ongoing development and mentoring of other staff members -Play an active role in the delivery and management of projects from all stages; concept design to contract administration -Manage the day-to-day operations of projects, updating Partners when necessary

What You Bring

-Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required -Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering designs from briefing to project handover -Excellent communication skills and client relationship management skills -10+ years of Architectural Experience on medium to large scale projects -Demonstrated level of expertise in Revit, Enscape, and InDesign. -Ability to create and review drawings in Revit, including checking and marking up drawings and reviewing team members' drawings and documenting projects if needed -Strong level of technical/construction knowledge -Demonstrated experience in working with Project Managers and Consultants as part of a larger design team -High calibre projects with a responsive design approach allowing you to be innovative
