Overview
Admin support for delivery, reporting, compliance and project milestones in Lanarkshire network.

Tasks
-Responsibility for management and inputting of project milestones -Produce management reports across the delivery activities including financial andprogramme information (for example profit and loss reports, team workload plans,outstanding data etc) -Review system and process compliance, including Salesforce, PPM and SAP, andproduce reports monitoring compliance and team activities -Review and report on team audits including behavioural audits, framework partneraudits and self-monitors -Responsibility for metering flows for connections and disconnections -Assist in the building of the weekly work programme with District staff and Team Leaders -Ensure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements on particular issues as they arise. -Ensure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed. -Prepare management information for District scorecards and weekly/monthly/quarterlydepartment reviews

What You Bring
-Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices. -Working knowledge of Business IT systems -Experience in a multi-stranded project support/co-ordination role or significant equivalent experience -Knowledge of the Asset Inspection System (AIS) -Familiarity with SAP, CCT and IRIS systems -Familiarity with MS suite of systems -Knowledge of IRIS system -Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation -Computer literacy – e.g. Microsoft Office suite -Knowledges of SAP system -General knowledge of the Investment, Customer Connections and Construction Businesses activities -Able to operate at all levels of the business -Excellent communication skills -Developed Customer Service skills -Significant all-round administrative experience -Knowledge of VPB scheduling system -Planning and organising skills -Developed negotiation, communication and people management skills.
