Property Manager

Description

At Connells, we're looking for a highly motivated Property Manager to join our successful Property Management Team within our Lettings Department in Taunton. As a Property Manager, you will provide high-quality property management and tenancy support services to our branch, landlords and tenants, helping to deliver exceptional customer service and compliance standards.

• Monitor workloads to ensure service standards and deadlines are met
• Support complex tenancy cases, liaising with tenants, landlords, branches and legal support where necessary
• Maintain and manage a central contractor register and ensure correct qualifications and documentation are held
• Act as a central point of contact, managing efficient resolution of queries from clients and colleagues
• Provide expert guidance on lettings legislation and compliance
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs and tenancy renewals to agreed timelines
• Manage and review invoices, inspections and Tenancy Agreements

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
